The hotel is ideally placed to explore the Cotswolds or visit the town's Roman remains and Museum. The Cotswold Wildlife Park, the model village at Bourton-on-the-Water and the Cotswold Water Park are also nearby. All bedrooms are en-suite with colour television, radio, hairdryer, trouser press, telephone and hospitality tray. A complimentary car park is available but parking is limited.

Approaching From the m4 junction 15 (Swindon) or m5 junction 11a (Gloucester): turn off the a417/a419 at the Burford Road Junction for Cirencester. Follow the Town Centre signs until the traffic lights at the end of London Road. Turn right at the lights into The Waterloo. The Fleece Hotel is near the end on the left-hand side. Approaching from the M4 J17 (Malmesbury), M4 J18 (Tetbury) or M5 J13 (Stroud), via the A419/A433/A429: at the first roundabout opposite Waitrose take 2nd exit for Swindon. At the second roundabout continue following the sign for Swindon. At third roundabout turn left following the sign for Town Centre. At fourth roundabout turn left into London Road for the Town Centre. Turn right at the traffic lights into The Waterloo. The Fleece Hotel is near the end on the left-hand side.
